Sharon M. Daniels
President and Chief Executive Officer
Sharon Daniels, President and Chief Executive Officer, has overall responsibility for managing AchieveGlobal. Since taking the helm in 2004, Ms. Daniels has pushed the boundaries of learning in the 21st century. Under her leadership, AchieveGlobal has integrated such techniques as blended workflow learning and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) with robust curriculums to deliver effective and efficient solutions for clients.
Highly regarded as a leader in the field of training and organizational development, Ms. Daniels has over 25 years of experience in general management and sales leadership roles. Her byline or quotes can be found in articles on business management and performance improvement in publications including Inc., Chief Executive and Harvard Business Review.
Before returning to AchieveGlobal after a four year absence, Ms. Daniels served as President and CEO of Communispond, a corporate communications company in New York. In 1991, she worked at Kaset International as a Consultant, VP of Operations and General Manager of Field Operations before taking a leadership role during the integration of three companies in 1997 and 1998 - Learning International, Kaset International and Zenger Miller – now AchieveGlobal.
Prior to her work in the training industry, Ms. Daniels was in banking and worked for Southeast Bank in Miami, Florida. She holds a bachelor of education degree from the University of Florida and a Masters in Training and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida.

Mark Barrett
Vice President, International Operations
Mark Barrett, Vice President, International Operations, is responsible for managing and growing the AchieveGlobal operations worldwide. That means ensuring the quality and consistency of the solutions AchieveGlobal delivers to clients from its more than 30-plus non-U.S. locations. And he’s on the road… a lot. Mr. Barrett travels extensively to AchieveGlobal’s international offices, leading quarterly management meetings to discuss and review each operation’s progress against quality metrics and key initiatives.
He and his teams employ tools such as Metrics that Matter® to monitor the performance of the training solutions and content, as well as the effectiveness of the trainers in each office.
Mr. Barrett's career with AchieveGlobal started in 1986 when he joined the UK organization of Learning International in a sales role. Over the course of the next 10 years, he held a variety of sales and marketing positions, culminating in his appointment as European Marketing Director in 1995. In this role he was an integral member of the team that created, launched and established the AchieveGlobal brand. Following the company’s acquisition by Informa, Mr. Barrett took on the leadership of the European operations. Based on his success in that role, he ultimately acquired responsibility for Asia and Latin America as well.
Mr. Barrett holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, Hampshire, U.K.

Myron A. Harmon
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Myron Harmon is responsible for ensuring AchieveGlobal internally lives up to its own tagline of “Developing the 21st Century Workforce.” He is responsible for all aspects of personnel strategy, including attracting and retaining great employees, developing and implementing a total rewards program and building a culture that will make AchieveGlobal the most admired employer in our industry.
Mr. Harmon comes to work with a passion for people and a variety of management skills honed through more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness and training. He joined AchieveGlobal from the St. Petersburg Times where, in addition to other HR roles, he began delivering a broad range of diversity training as a Newspaper Association Diversity Facilitator. Prior to that he was employed by the Home Shopping Network and also served as a Yeoman Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.
Mr. Harmon attended the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL and the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Petaluma, CA. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Black Human Resources Network (BHRN).

Michelle Bonterre
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Michelle Bonterre oversees market research, product development and marketing – making sure they all work together in perfect harmony.
A seasoned marketer, Ms. Bonterre has an expert command of direct marketing, CRM, PR, eMarketing and branding practices, specifically for business-to-business companies. She is a passionate promoter of the performance improvement solutions offered by AchieveGlobal. “We’re creating new, technically-advanced learning solutions that are incredibly effective for organizations. But even if the technology doesn’t impress you, the power of our solutions to transform behavior within your organization will.”
Prior to joining AchieveGlobal, Ms. Bonterre was Regional Marketing Director for IIR Conferences – a leading global provider of trade conferences, seminars and training events. There she helped launch product offerings in new industry areas, including aviation and pharmaceuticals.
She received a Bachelor of Arts, Honors degree at The University of London and is a member of the American Marketing Association.

Phil Kenney
Chief Operating Officer
Phil Kenney, Chief Operating Officer, directs the overall operations of AchieveGlobal. As such, he is responsible for several critical departments, including IT, Legal, Customer Service and Corporate Travel.
Prior to joining AchieveGlobal in July, 2011, Mr. Kenney was the Director of Programs and Analytics at Franklin Templeton Investments, an investment management company headquartered in San Mateo, California. While at Franklin Templeton he held numerous roles in service, operations, relationship management, business development, process improvement, project management, digital marketing and analytics.
Mr. Kenney holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. His alma mater is California State University in Sacramento from which he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Management.

Patti Bancroft
Vice President, Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Patti Bancroft manages the Professional Services teams and Directors responsible for designing and delivering AchieveGlobal’s customized consulting, training, and measurement solutions.
During her 20 years of employment at AchieveGlobal, Ms. Bancroft has also served as a Regional Sales Vice President and a Director of Professional Services. She has honed her customer-focused perspective through her work with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations. She has worked with all levels of management to develop appropriate position-related skills. Ms. Bancroft has worked with clients in a variety of business models and industries including: banking, retail, manufacturing, the federal government, and telecommunications, among others.
Prior to AchieveGlobal, Ms. Bancroft managed the learning and development function of a 10,000 person company and was responsible for recruiting and hiring, as well as the development of personnel from front line contributor to senior executive. She was awarded for the highest level of achievement for her work.
Ms. Bancroft graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with three degrees in Mass Communications, Sociology and Women’s Studies.
